Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary.
- £591 per month car allowance.
- 13.6% variable pay bonus.
- 8% Company pension contribution.

- 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday days. With some flexibility required to meet customer requirements.
- 25 days holiday + banks
- Travel required, with around 50% of visits in London and 50% across the country.
Responsibilities
- Achieve specification of energy efficiency systems with consultants, end-users and key project stakeholders.
- Deliver CPD lunch & learn sessions, presentations and events focused on energy efficiency solutions.
- Prepare quotations and tender responses for energy efficiency projects based on schematics, specifications and site visits.
- Manage and develop the systems integrator programme for energy efficiency systems.
- Support regional sales engineers with technical and commercial expertise across energy efficiency products.
- Lead customer audits to identify sales opportunities and demonstrate the financial benefits of granular energy monitoring and continuous energy assessment.
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, customer requirements, product performance and future opportunities.
- Support new product launches, including local launch planning, pricing input, marketing material tailoring and promotional activity.
- Consolidate monthly forecasts, activity reports and key market insight for internal stakeholders.
- Represent the energy efficiency sales team when reporting major quality issues, competitor activity or significant opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience selling technical solutions, ideally within measurement, metering, energy management or a closely related sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK market, including commercial dynamics and key target segments for energy efficiency products.
- Good experience within IT environments and industrial communication networks.
- Technical knowledge of low voltage electrical engineering networks, automation, industrial networks, SCADA, information technology, security, databases and web-based systems.
- Electrical, electronic or software engineering background would be beneficial.
- Confident presenter with the ability to deliver technical sessions to consultants, end-users and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to coach or support colleagues on commercial issues.
- Strong time management, organisation and forecasting skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English language skills.
