Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pershore for a Technical Author. The Technical Author will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, creating instruction manuals, and validation documentation. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with engineers and other teams to gather technical information and ensuring documentation aligns with company standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Documentation and Documentation preparation
- Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication
- Experience with Validation Documentation
- Experience in creating Manuals and comprehensive user guides
- Attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency with tools and software used for technical documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with packaging systems or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications in Technical Communication, Engineering, or related fields are preferred
