Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 40 Hours

Leads a busy, fast‑paced workshop operation, driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations and performance
- Drive excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and labour utilisation
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team
- Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance
- Support recruitment, performance management, and team engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong management experience within a workshop or commercial environment
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- A confident decision‑maker with excellent organisational ability
- Experience in vehicle or technical service operations (desirable)
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
