Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Construction Procurement Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Essex.

Requirements

• Recent construction procurement from a local authority, capital programs and construction
• Ability to be hands on and able to navigate key stake holders, governance and manage supplier engagement
• Well versed in construction or capital works

What You'll Need

• Cert/quals in procurement - MCIPS/TPP training
• Commissioning/Procurement Practitioners - Etender portal - involves the full lifecycle of procurement
• Understand commissioning under the new act
