What you'll be doing

• Deliver classroom based electrical engineering instruction
• Support learners through theory, problem solving, and practical understanding
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously develop your own instructional and technical skills
• Contribute to a professional, supportive learning environment

You’ll be fully trained and supported to succeed as an instructor - we’ll teach you how to teach.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome applications from:

• Graduate Electrical Engineers
• Time served electricians or electrical engineers
• Engineers from industrial, manufacturing, defence, utilities, or maintenance backgrounds

If you can explain electrical principles clearly and want to pass on your knowledge, we can train you for the rest.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non‑working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
