Salary and Benefits

£45,000 to £50,000 per year + overtime, company van, fuel card, training, progression, and 29 days holiday.

Location

Kent – commutable from Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, Maidstone, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Herne Bay.

Role Overview

HVAC Service Engineer – focused primarily across Kent with limited London travel. Workload is highly organised with no formal call‑out rota; overtime is optional. The role involves service, breakdown and fault‑finding work for air conditioning, chillers and mechanical systems, and development into heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Service, breakdown and repair of HVAC systems
• Provide fault finding and troubleshooting for air conditioning, chillers and mechanical systems
• Support technical jobs and develop skills in air source heat pumps
• Work Monday to Friday with optional overtime

Qualifications

• HVAC, AC or Chiller service experience
• F Gas qualified
• Strong fault‑finding skills
• Looking for a local Kent‑based role with better work‑life balance
