This position reports to the Southeast Manager and is part of the Southeast Field Service Team located in Birmingham, AL. It is a remote role covering the Birmingham metropolitan area and surrounding cities.
Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through increased throughput, decreased downtime, preventive maintenance, and regular upgrades as directed by Beckman Coulter technical staff. You will advocate for customers—both internal and external—and act as a steward for the company.
The hourly range for this role is $31.25–$36.05, a range that we believe reflects the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This role is also eligible for sales incentive pay. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Remote work arrangement: Eligible for remote work from home; additional details will be provided during the interview process.
