Senior Installation Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Deployment, you will manage multiple installation projects ranging from short‑term to complex, multi‑week rollouts across the UK and internationally.

You’ll lead projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Role

• Manage multiple installation projects from planning through to delivery
• Lead stakeholder communication and client relationships
• Oversee logistics, warehouse operations, and on‑site execution
• Prepare project documentation, schedules, and compliance reports
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, adapting where needed
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and retail site access
• Support quality control and ensure adherence to processes
• Mentor team members and share best practices
