You'll be the expert guiding enterprise clients through their Field Service Lightning implementations. Experience leading end to end implementations is required. Day to day will be gathering requirements from operational teams, designing intelligent scheduling and dispatch flows, building mobile-first experiences for field engineers, and integrating FSL with everything from IoT sensors to legacy ERP systems.
But here's what really sets you apart: you speak both languages. You can translate "we need better technician utilisation" into optimised scheduling rules, and you can explain complex Salesforce architecture to operations directors who've never used the platform.
