Ribbons & Reeves are a specialist education recruitment company based in Liverpool Street, London, with an established brand and go-to recruitment partner for London schools hiring both contract and permanent staff.

We’re looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team and build on existing relationships as well as working with new clients. This role would suit an experienced education recruiter who knows how to manage processes, client relationships, prospect new business opportunities and can operate with independence, while demonstrating good recruitment practice for the rest of the team.

We currently two desks becoming available, at the end of this academic year. They are both prime London territory. These desks offers exceptional potential and with Ribbons & Reeves, you’ll be given autonomy to manage your desk, along with all the tools and resources to perform strong billings.

You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team. A diverse and dynamic group of professionals, including several who joined from other agencies and have been genuinely impressed at the quality of candidates and recruitment tools given to them at R&R.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters who bring energy, drive, and professionalism to the team. The ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant will:

• Have a proven track record of billing within recruitment
• Has a high benchmark for producing quality work
• Be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage their own desk confidently
• Contribute positively to team culture and lead by example
• Be confident making sales calls, handling objections, and winning business
• Be comfortable creating engaging video and written content to support marketing efforts
• Show resilience and consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Be ambitious about growing their client numbers, earnings, and leading through good practice.
