GRC Consultant
A Global Saas Organisation requires a Contractdata governance and compliance specialist to rapidly assess and unify a fragmented global compliance landscape within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role will define direction, map current certification and audit activity, and deliver clear, prioritised recommendations to standardise, simplify, and improve governance across the organisation.
- Day Rate: £600-£650pd
- IR35 Status: Outside
- Travel: 1 day a week in London Office
- Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess the current state of global data governance and compliance across a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment, providing a clear, joined-up view of risks, gaps, and opportunities for simplification.
- Engage key stakeholders to establish and align on a pragmatic Data Governance direction, ensuring buy-in and creating enough structure for ongoing programme ownership beyond the engagement.
- Conduct a rapid discovery of the certification and compliance landscape, mapping in-flight and planned activities across teams to build a transparent view of ownership, priorities, and duplication.
- Develop a single global compliance and audit view, consolidating audit schedules, certification activities, and regulatory obligations, and highlighting fragmentation, silos, and inefficiencies.
- Identify and prioritise practical unification opportunities, delivering fast, insight-led recommendations focused on standardisation, centralisation, and simplification, ranked by impact versus effort.
