Why you’ll love this role of Implementation Consultant (Time and Attendance)

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you will support organisations in implementing and optimising workforce management solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to configure and deploy Civica Time and Attendance software, helping them improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.

You’ll be involved across the full implementation lifecycle—from understanding current processes to designing improved workflows and delivering system configuration and training. The role offers a strong mix of problem‑solving, customer interaction, and technical delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical system solutions.
