Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions.
- Managing cases through to resolution within agreed SLAs using Salesforce.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders across varying technical levels.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate case records.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and partners.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience and installation standards.
About You
- Proven background in automotive diagnostics or technical support, ideally within an OEM environment.
- Experience working with OEM systems, standards, or processes is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills in a technical setting.
