THE ROLE

A Trust & Estate Disputes lawyer is sought to focus on Contentious Trusts & Estates specifically (not a hybrid role of CTE and general commercial litigation). Chargeable hours are 1300 minimum.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have c 3-6pqe and specialist CTE knowledge (estate/trusts/Court of Protection), ideally gained at a top tier L500 firm.

The firm has an agile working policy which means 2 – 3 days a week in the office, with full attendance for the first 4 weeks to go through various inductions/training, build relationships with colleagues, other support teams, clients etc. and then revert to hybrid.
