What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting and registering healthcare professionals across the UK
• Accurately entering and managing candidate & client data within our CRM
• Supporting compliance processes and ensuring all documentation is up to date
• Handling general admin tasks (emails, calls, filing)
• Assisting consultants with bookings, confirmations, and shift allocations
• Liaising with candidates and clients regarding timesheets and documentation
• Supporting the bookings team, with a clear pathway for progression

What We're Looking For

• Experience in administration or data entry (recruitment/healthcare is a bonus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong IT skills, particularly database systems
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
