Winner Education are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee a thriving nursery in Leicester, ensuring children receive exceptional care and early years education. You ll lead your team, maintain high standards, and create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff to deliver excellent care
- Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance
- Manage nursery budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
- Support staff development and professional growth
- Drive continuous improvement across the nursery setting
- Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for all children
Requirements
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Passion for early years education and child development
