The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business acquisition while also nurturing and expanding a small portfolio of existing accounts.

You will be given a high level of autonomy to manage your own pipeline, supported by a structured and well-resourced sales function designed to help you succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across your target market
  • Researching and engaging prospective clients to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
  • Growing and developing a small number of existing accounts to maximise revenue potential
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored print and marketing solutions
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company’s full service offering, including its strategic and creative capabilities
  • Presenting solutions confidently to clients at all levels and representing the business professionally

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring proven sales experience within the Print Management industry, with a strong emphasis on new business development and consultative selling.

You will ideally have:

  • A solid background in print management or a related print/marketing solutions environment
  • Demonstrable success in generating and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation ability
  • Experience in tendering and/or bid writing (highly advantageous but not essential)
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to exceed targets
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • High levels of drive, resilience, and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive marketplace
