We’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer, someone who not only excels in fast‑paced, high‑volume internal recruitment but also brings strong social media experience to help support our employer brand and talent attraction activity. You’ll be joining our dynamic team at The Growth Company (GC), a purpose‑driven social enterprise dedicated to driving economic development, skills, employment, and enterprise across our communities.
The role is offered on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with hybrid working, including one day a week in our Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Proactively source and headhunt talent across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Create short‑form LinkedIn videos promoting GC vacancies, alongside Canva graphics that elevate our recruitment marketing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with job centres, universities, and community partners.
- Track performance across social media and recruitment KPIs, using insights to refine campaigns.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and MI trackers.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, and Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and effective hiring activity.
- Attend job fairs and support outreach activity to boost visibility and attract diverse talent.
Experience Required
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Proven social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of platform behaviour, trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to create high‑quality content (video, graphics, photos).
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, social media and ATS platforms.
- Confident, ambitious and commercially aware, with a drive to develop and progress.
