About the Role
We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Legal & Compliance team in Bolton. This is a full‑time, hybrid role reporting directly to the Compliance Manager. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our business units and ensuring we meet key regulatory standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include
- Supporting the delivery of our annual compliance plan
- Managing and resolving compliance queries with clarity and care
- Maintaining ISO 27001 certification and GDPR obligations
- Overseeing incident classification and reporting
- Conducting audits, policy reviews, and risk assessments
- Coordinating supplier onboarding and relationships
- Leading internal awareness campaigns and training
- Supporting business continuity planning and testing
