The Role

  • Strategic Planning & Long-Range Command: You own the financial roadmap. You will lead the annual Long Range Planning (LRP) process, setting financial targets alongside mission-critical KPI metrics. You don’t just track the budget; you manage the corporate budgeting process (both rolling and annual) to ensure our financial engine is optimised for the long-term race.
  • Sophisticated Modeling & Decision Support: You are the master of “what-if.” You will develop sophisticated financial models to support high-stakes scenario planning and investment decisions. By understanding both macro and microeconomic impacts on our “Team Economics,” you provide the clarity senior leadership needs to make bold moves in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Business Partnering & Process Evolution: You are a collaborator and a catalyst for change. You will partner with executive stakeholders across the organisation to provide guidance, challenge assumptions and improve profitability. Simultaneously, you will lead the charge on automation and process improvement, turning manual reporting into a streamlined, tech-driven operation that delivers excellence to our Board and Shareholders.

What We're Looking For in You

  • FP&A Specialist: You possess proven experience in corporate FP&A, financial modeling and strategic analysis. You have a rock-solid understanding of accounting principles and the technical skill to navigate complex data. Ideally, you are a qualified or nearly-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACA) with a deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to link financial results to operational performance.
  • Strategic “Trusted Advisor”: You thrive in high-demand, fast-paced environments. You possess the “willingness and energy” to challenge current business thinking and drive the organisation forward. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify and prevent reporting hurdles before they arise, maintaining professional poise when the stakes are high.
