As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our Manufacturing and Supply Chain function, you will hold a visible, high‑impact leadership role at the heart of our regional talent strategy. This is a strategic leadership role that blends people leadership, business partnering, and project management to maximise how we attract, engage, and hire world‑class talent, with an engaged and motivated high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Functional business partner as a visible and trusted talent advisor to key leaders (PL and Functional leads) – understand their strategic workforce priorities, anticipate hiring needs, and co‑create talent strategies that directly support business objectives. Use data to shape the agenda – sharing external insights to support strategy. Being the advocate and escalation point for business feedback.
- Talent pipelining and planning – be a lead in the maintenance of our functional pipelines, ensuring that our pipelines are aligned to business requirement and are delivered on plan.
- Reporting – build, generate and maintain reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Drive hiring manager capability—equip leaders with the tools, training, and confidence to be effective partners in the recruitment process (interviewing skills, candidate experience, inclusive hiring practices). Leading the Licence to Recruit training to our leaders and hiring teams.
- Manage expectations proactively—provide regular, transparent updates on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and market conditions, ensuring stakeholders are informed and confident in the TA function's delivery.

- E‑TALT (Extended TA Leadership Team)
- Be an active member of the E‑Talt community. Lead, participate and drive delivery on projects on a local, global and regional basis.
- Represent the UK&I TA Team as a visible and vocal representative of the Team – sharing updates and initiatives to a wider audience in People and TA forums.

- Proficiency with TA technology (ATS, CRM, case management tools, reporting/analytics platforms).

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Confident presenting to senior leadership and facilitating workshops or training sessions.
