Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct thorough interviews to identify and assess top‑tier candidates, ensuring a perfect match for client requirements.
- End‑to‑End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle seamlessly, providing a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic partner, deeply understanding client needs to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Personal Brand Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed targets, strengthening reputation as a healthcare recruitment expert.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the doctors temporary sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building rapport, handling objections, and negotiating successfully.
- Exceptional communication: outstanding oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
