Freelance Site Manager – Internal Warehouse Refurbishment – Peterborough

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to cover 2 weeks holiday cover, starting Friday 8th May, on an existing project which is an internal refurbishment of a warehouse in Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee light internal demolition works.
• Manage other elements of the refurbishment project.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience managing refurbishment or fit‑out projects in industrial or commercial environments.

Essential safety certificates:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Black CSCS (desirable)
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
