Location: RAFaKidz Nursery, RAF Benson, Wallingford OX10 6AA
Pay: £13.21 per hour, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems
- Maintain organization of paperwork and files within the nursery
- Ordering supplies and resources
- Issuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices
- Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent fees
- Prepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and banking
- Assist with marketing of services including fundraising
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a solid background of varied administration experiences along with a proficient level of IT (Information Technology) skills. An understanding of the principles of safeguarding children is desirable, however this is covered in induction and ongoing training. Our preferred hours would be worked daily between Monday and Friday, however we can offer some flexibility to the ideal candidate.
This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter.
