About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join a well:established and growing organisation. This is a business:critical position, focused on delivering accurate reporting, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting key commercial decisions across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting, while also developing dashboards and improving internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Manage and maintain supplier portal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track supplier targets and rebate performance
- Support biannual pricing cycles, including implementation and analysis
- Analyse cost increases and their impact on gross profit
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Produce category and commercial performance reports
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Continuously improve reporting processes and internal systems
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial analytics
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (VBA highly desirable)
- Experience with Fabric or similar data platforms advantageous
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Experience working with sales data, supplier data, or pricing preferred
