Business Development & Account Manager - Waste Services
A growing company within the waste management and recycling sector is looking for a driven Business Development & Account Manager to support continued expansion across commercial waste services.
The Role
- Develop new business opportunities across waste and recycling services
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Prepare quotations and build a strong pipeline
- Advise customers on improving recycling performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Promote health & safety and high service standards
About You
- Proven sales or account management experience (waste industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- IT literate and commercially aware
- Understanding of environmental compliance and waste regulations
