Business Development & Account Manager – Waste Services

A growing company within the waste management and recycling sector is looking for a driven Business Development & Account Manager to support continued expansion across commercial waste services.

The Role

  • Develop new business opportunities across waste and recycling services
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Prepare quotations and build a strong pipeline
  • Advise customers on improving recycling performance and cost efficiency
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Promote health & safety and high service standards

About You

  • Proven sales or account management experience (waste industry preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • IT literate and commercially aware
  • Understanding of environmental compliance and waste regulations
