Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Stirling
35 hours per week – £13.71 per hour

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise in the stores we work with, and line management responsibility for a team of retail associates.

This will be a 35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. Pay rate is £13.71 per hour.
Location: You will cover the zone of Glasgow Stirling.
This is a multi‑site role, providing cover in your designated zone so you will need to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.
Being tech‑savvy is desirable as we use a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.
Job Role
- Act as a host and customer‑focused avatar, friendly, polite, professional with a positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands.
- Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales.
- Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad‑hoc expertise when required.
- Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment.
- Attend appointments planned for you using our industry‑leading scheduling system accessed on your mobile phone.
The Experience We Are Looking For
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you need to love working in a team and building productive professional relationships.
- Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills.
- Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visual instructions.
- Have a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands.
- Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle; you must be a driver with a full valid driving licence.
- Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
- Confident with the use of mobile software and apps.
