Role
This role is pivotal within a growing BEMS division, focused on driving service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring small works projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time and within agreed margins.
- Effectively manage logistics, materials, and engineer coordination.
- Support sales teams with technical and delivery insight.
- Provide customers with proactive, high-quality service experience.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance delivery.
Requirements
- Engineer or commercial-level professional looking to transition to an office‑based role while utilising technical skills.
- Good technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Knowledge/experience of Mechanical HVAC Plant.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
