Role

This role is pivotal within a growing BEMS division, focused on driving service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring small works projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within agreed margins.
• Effectively manage logistics, materials, and engineer coordination.
• Support sales teams with technical and delivery insight.
• Provide customers with proactive, high-quality service experience.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance delivery.

Requirements

• Engineer or commercial-level professional looking to transition to an office‑based role while utilising technical skills.
• Good technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge/experience of Mechanical HVAC Plant.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Opportunity for ongoing training and development.
