JOB TITLE: Manager, Commercial and Markets Risk Specialist Compliance Advisory, CCOR
SALARY: £84,051 - £106,020 (dependant on location)
LOCATION(S): London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Newport, Halifax, Leeds, Birmingham
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

We have put in place a fresh operating model for Non‑Financial risk management across the Group, empowering our people to take end‑to‑end accountability for managing the risks that they face! We have changed how we do risk management, creating teams of risk specialists, to provide support aligned to our risk and control owners to deliver great customer outcomes!
You'll build strong relationships with Risk and Control owner teams, acting as a trusted Conduct & Compliance specialist advisory business partner, using support teams to deliver agreed customer, business and strategic outcomes. Sitting on the business floor, you’ll provide day‑to‑day guidance to Global Markets.
You'll support the development and implementation of data‑led Conduct & Compliance control objectives that meet the needs of risk and control owners and specialist teams including Audit and external regulators. You’ll also support control owners in putting effective control measures in place.
You'll contribute to Trading Controls and Conduct oversight, ensuring activity aligns with key laws, regulations and industry standards. You’ll also help deliver new joiner training, annual compliance training and other specialist sessions where needed.
Throughout the role, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong and credible working relationships across the business.
