I’m working with a growing contractor who has secured over £10m of new work and is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live schemes.

This is a design & build environment, heavily focused on cladding, external envelope and refurbishment works – not a standard build role.

The Role

• Commercial management of cladding / façade / external refurbishment projects up to £5m


• Operating within a design & build structure


• Managing procurement consultants alongside the usual commercial responsibilities


• Full lifecycle involvement — from procurement through to final account


• Working closely with delivery teams and senior leadership

What They're Looking For

• Quantity Surveyor with 8+ years’ experience (flexible for strong SQS level)


• Strong background in: Cladding / façade / external envelope, Refurbishment / remediation, Design & Build projects


• Comfortable managing consultants as well as subcontractors


• Strong commercial awareness and ability to run packages independently
