The Role
- Procurement & Contracts Senior Associate
- Highly competitive salary
- Advising primarily public sector clients on procurement law and commercial contracts
- Work under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023, Procurement Regulations 2024 and the Provider Selection Regime
- Advising on project structuring and procurement strategy
- Managing end‑to‑end procurement processes from market engagement through to award and contract management
- Drafting procurement documentation and advising on evaluation, moderation and risk management
- Drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including services and goods contracts, frameworks, call‑offs, concession and collaboration agreements
- Advising on contract interpretation, variations, waivers and compliance with procurement legislation
- Working closely with specialist procurement litigation colleagues where required
The Candidate
- Ideally 5+ years' PQE in procurement and commercial law
- Strong technical expertise in public procurement
- Confident managing client relationships
- Comfortable taking responsibility for complex matters
- Strong organisational and time‑management skillsInterested in business development and practice growth
- Collaborative, proactive and detail‑oriented
- Keen to develop leadership skills within a high‑performing team
