Initial 6-Month Contract- rolling

£14/£15 per hour PAYE

We are urgently seeking a Roster Clerk to join our Lincoln based team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a time-critical role requiring an immediate start.

This is a full-time, office-based position (35 hours per week), with the requirement to travel to a meeting once every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant staff rosters
  • Ensure all scheduling aligns with operational and compliance requirements
  • Support administrative functions within a compliance-driven environment
  • Monitor processes and challenge poor practice where necessary
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet deadlines

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a compliance-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Confidence, resilience, and a collaborative approach
  • Operational awareness with the ability to question and improve processes
  • Openness to oversight, assurance, and ongoing development
  • Strong computer literacy and adherence to systems and processes
