The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a professional, positive, and responsive aftersales service to homeowners. You will act as a central point of coordination to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.

Our client is offering a basic salary of between £27'800 and £30'000 (depending on experience) plus annual performance bonus.
