Warehouse Team Leader

Jackson Hogg are supporting a fast‑growing e‑commerce business based in Newton Aycliffe with the appointment of a hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader.

This is a floor‑based leadership role within a busy distribution centre handling thousands of daily orders. You'll lead from the front, managing operatives across goods‑in, picking, packing and dispatch, supporting productivity, accuracy, and on‑time delivery.

The role suits someone already operating as a Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Leader / Team Leader who enjoys pace, visibility, and ownership in a performance‑driven environment.

Must‑Have

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG or 3PL
• Comfortable being on the floor all shift
• KPI‑driven mindset (productivity, accuracy, throughput)

Nice to Have

• IOSH / strong H&S knowledge
• Exposure to stock counts or inventory accuracy
• Warehouse systems & scanners + basic Excel
