Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process for inbound leads, moving from initial discovery to contract execution.
- Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to the specific needs of HR Directors, CFOs, and C‑Suite executives.
- Utilise the MEDDICC framework to qualify opportunities, identify champions, and navigate complex procurement processes.
- Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to refine our roadmap based on real-world objections.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success.
About you
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven closing experience in a B2B environment.
- Ability to articulate complex financial and tax-based solutions (salary sacrifice) in a simple, compelling way.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN) is highly desirable.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by both commission and mission‑driven work.
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Hayes, London)
