About your new role
- Running projects independently, making the day-to-day calls without waiting for someone else
- Keeping safety front and centre while pushing efficiency and productivity
- Managing procurement, plant, materials, and subcontractors so nothing slows you down
- Tracking budgets and programmes, giving clear, actionable updates
- Spotting risks before they become problems, and making the most of opportunities as they arise
- Delivering work to the highest standards, with minimal defects or rework
- Owning all essential project documentation and keeping records sharp and accurate
About you
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
- Solid experience in civils, infrastructure and water projects
- A proven track record of running projects from start to finish, ideally with NEC contracts
- Commercially savvy with strong cost control and forecasting skills
- Skilled in programme and design coordination, with a sharp eye for risk
- SMSTS qualified, with up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation
- Confident communicator, able to engage clients and negotiate effectively
