This is a part-time role of 22.2 hours (salary quoted is based on 37 hours and will therefore be pro rata accordingly).
We are looking for a People Business Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week), with complete flexibility over how those hours are worked. This makes the role ideal for someone seeking meaningful, professional HR experience within a supportive environment, while balancing commitments outside of work.
As a People Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality People services across the organisation. You'll work closely with managers and colleagues to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring our processes run smoothly and that our workforce is well supported.
