The Field Product Trainer is responsible for delivering high‑quality, engaging product and service training across the store estate, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, confidence, and skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Training Manager, this role plays a critical part in embedding product expertise, emotional selling techniques, and premium service behaviours at store level.
Working closely with Store Managers, brand partners, and the Lead Product Training Manager, the Field Product Trainer ensures all training activity is aligned with business priorities, product launches, and the wider training strategy.
