We seek motivated and highly analytics Data Operations executive graduate to support our team in the rapid growth of the business.
Role Description
- Rapidly achieve a deep, expert understanding of Fenestra's products, data pipelines and operational workflows to support the effective delivery of our technology solutions for clients.
- Support in monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance data
- Work closely with colleagues across customer success, technology and product to ensure operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the identification and documentation of process improvements that enhance operational scalability.
- Support data quality assurance across Fenestra's data ecosystem, flagging anomalies and working with the technical team to resolve them.
- Assist with ad hoc analytical and operational projects as directed by customer success leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2:1 BSc in Data Science, Mathematics, Information Sciences or closely related disciplines is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrable experience working with large datasets, statistical modelling inc. machine learning techniques, whether through academic projects, research or prior work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to data.
- Some proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis; SQL also advantageous but not mandated.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Clear and concise communicator — able to present data-driven findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A "can do", positive attitude that fits Fenestra's flat, entrepreneurial culture.
- Familiarity and interest in the digital advertising or AdTech ecosystem is a plus but will be learnt.
This is a paid role for an ambitious graduate commencing immediately. Fenestra currently adopts a hybrid policy on location. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK unencumbered without visa support. Fenestra is an equal opportunities employer.
