We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join a well‑established food production facility in the HU12 area. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Work in a demanding department, preparing, cleaning and packing products to set standards.
- Follow product specifications carefully to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keep to all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety rules at all times.
- Help supervisors keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Work towards daily targets and production goals.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised.
- Report any issues or quality concerns straight away.
- Support with general production and preparation tasks when needed.
Pay & Benefits
- £14.51 per hour.
- Overtime paid at £18.18 per hour.
- Attendance bonus (Monday to Friday, full attendance).
- Ongoing work with the potential for permanent employment.
