About the Role
We're looking for a Purchasing Administrator/Procurement to join our office‑based team in Poole.

Due to their continued growth in the Cruise sector, they are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to help shape the future of supplier partnerships, own‑brand growth, and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administration and data pulling required for allocated projects, including setting up Smart Sheet trackers to monitor progress.
- Chase rebates and set up the annual rebate tracker.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support preparation for supplier meetings and QBRs.
- Provide product alternative suggestions for the sales team, including specification and price evaluation.
- Manage price files, perform analysis and imports, and investigate price discrepancies.
- Log and track team savings and update the team via Bloom.
- Ensure project costs are logged and pro‑forma invoices are managed effectively.
- Set up new suppliers for projects.
- Utilise the Arcus system to input and monitor tenders, audits, supplier information and ESG data as necessary.
- Maintain the Core Range Planners and keep the PIM data updated.
- Manage all project product set‑ups in the system.
- Support the audit and ESG processes, providing and chasing information as required.
- Support tender sourcing by collating information gathered by the team, checking for savings, and ensuring they are logged and captured in the system.
- Ensure FR & Arc clothing compliance, including updating DOCs, certifications and publishing them on PIM.
- Work with the team to learn and continually develop technical skills (e.g., measuring, specifications, size charts).
