Overview
We’re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to take full responsibility for a busy, site-based operation. This role sits at the heart of the site and will lead on performance, people, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Leading supervisors and operational teams
- Driving health & safety standards across the site
- Managing plant performance, downtime, and efficiency
- Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams
- Managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Operations leadership experience in manufacturing or a continuous process environment
- Solid understanding of health & safety and site compliance
- Experience managing performance and delivering against KPIs
- Engineering background or equivalent experience
- NEBOSH / IOSH preferred
