We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on Office Manager to take ownership of our day‑to‑day operations and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a growing business. This isn’t your typical admin role — you’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything moving, improving processes, and leading a high‑performing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning office performance — ensuring all communication is handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing and optimising the service diary for smooth, efficient delivery
- Driving the sales support process — from lead tracking to conversion
- Leading daily operations, setting priorities, and keeping the team aligned
- Managing and developing admin staff to maintain high standards
- Taking control of systems (SimPRO) and improving workflows
- Supporting compliance and keeping everything audit‑ready
- Identifying opportunities to improve service, systems, and customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or Operations role
- Confident leader who can manage people and hold standards
- Highly organised with strong problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment
- Proactive, hands‑on, and not afraid to take ownership
- Systems-focused with great attention to detail
