About the Role

In this role, you will lead and support a range of HR pension-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on pension schemes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of pension projects, including implementation, change management, and process improvements
  • Act as a subject matter expert on pension schemes, policies, and compliance
  • Partner with HR, finance, and external providers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Ensure all pension activities comply with current legislation and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a focus on pensions
  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and relevant regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
