Inspections Operations Manager (Wind O&M)

Reporting to: Head Of Operations (Wind) Northern Europe

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the delivery of contractual Quality and Statutory Inspections ensuring deliverable KPI’s are met, financial margins are achieved and HSQE Compliance is adhered to.
• Maintain good engagement with the customers on scheduled meetings and reporting of operational activity aligned to expectations.
• Management of any personnel required in the delivery of the contract supporting their development and progression to align with the contractual and HSQE requirements.
• Ensure necessary supplies of tools, parts and equipment is available and in suitable for use ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Accountabilities

Meeting client needs, financial targets, Contractual KPI’s, HSQE compliance and engagement in best practice and continuous improvement processes.

Knowledge

People management, Financial and commercial awareness, IT Systems.

Skills

Good Communicator, Organisational and planning with Agility and flexibility to respond to rapidly changing environments and situations.

Experience

Industry experience in similar role or experience in O&M Delivery.

Qualifications

Degree level Project management or relevant Industry.
