Here at National Highways, we're recruiting a Framework Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the £968m Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction (LCRR) Framework.
Working at the heart of the National Concrete Roads Programme (NCRP) across RIS3 and early RIS4, you'll coordinate LCRR and procurement activity alongside the NCRP Programme and Technical Leads. You'll shape the delivery of complex, high value reconstruction schemes across multiple regions and Tier 1 suppliers, helping millions of road users travel more safely and reliably.

All to make sure National Highways customers have safer, smoother, and more reliable journeys.
External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
