Job Description
You will guide homeowners through the complex journey of planning renovations worth £20k–£80k. This is a consultative, high-trust role managing inbound interest rather than cold-calling. You will translate vague project ideas into realistic scopes, providing the structure and accountability the industry lacks while utilizing a technology-enabled operating system.

What You Will Do
- Run discovery and follow-up calls with homeowners who have proactively reached out through the platform to help them define project goals.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of 15–20 active deals within HubSpot, ensuring disciplined tracking of 4–12 week sales cycles.
- Coordinate closely with interior designers and build managers to ensure project scopes and budgets are aligned before construction begins.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1-3 years of experience in consultative or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to guide people through major financial decisions.
- Demonstrates exceptionally organized follow-up habits and the patience to maintain momentum across long, high-stakes sales cycles.
- Possesses genuine curiosity about construction and design, along with the calm communication style needed to manage customer anxiety during renovations.
