The Role
You’ll be responsible for selling innovative digital advertising and marketing solutions to businesses across the UK. Using a mix of warm, profiled, and cold leads, you’ll confidently engage decision-makers, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real business growth.
Key Duties
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business and build a strong pipeline
- Engage and influence key decision-makers through confident, consultative conversations
- Identify client needs and recommend effective digital marketing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding
- Build lasting client relationships with ongoing support and performance insights
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends to stay ahead of the competition
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with the ability to close high-value deals
- Resilient, driven, and highly motivated by commission and success
- Organised, adaptable, and quick to learn new products and services
- A positive, energetic mindset with a customer-first approach
